1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer standard (3-5 business days), expedited (2-3 business days), and overnight shipping through trusted national carriers. All products are shipped in temperature-appropriate, discreet packaging to preserve compound integrity.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to update.
5. Returns Eligibility
Due to the sensitive, research-grade nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or improperly stored products cannot be accepted for return due to laboratory integrity and safety standards.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a resolution.
9. International Shipping
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not currently support international orders.
