Rewards Program Terms
Last updated: September 8, 2026
1. What this program is
The Brickell Labs Rewards Program lets you share a personal referral link, and earn a reward when someone orders through it. Taking part does not make you an employee, agent, partner or representative of Brickell Labs, and it does not give you authority to make commitments on our behalf.
These terms apply to everyone in the program, whether you joined through your customer account or were approved as a partner. Where a term applies to only one of those, it says so.
2. Who can take part
You must have a Brickell Labs account, be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and be permitted to receive rewards under the laws that apply to you. Rewards on a customer account are open to any account holder. The partner track is by application and we may accept or decline any application at our discretion.
One person may hold one rewards account. If you hold a partner account and a customer account under the same email address, they are treated as a single account with a single balance.
3. Your link and your code
Every participant gets a referral link. Approved partners may also be issued a discount code. Your link and any code are personal to you. You may share them, but you may not sell, rent, or transfer them, and you may not present them as belonging to anyone else.
We may change, retire or reissue a link or code at any time, including where a code has been published somewhere we did not intend. Retiring a code stops it earning from that moment; it does not affect rewards already earned.
4. How an order is credited to you
When someone follows your link, we place a small file in their browser that records that you referred them. If they order within the period shown in your account, that order is credited to you. A discount code, where you have one, is credited whenever it is entered at checkout, whether or not the browser file is present.
If an order carries both a code and a referral from someone else, the code is credited. If a customer you introduced returns later and orders without any link or code, that order is still credited to you for as long as the program provides, which is shown in your account.
Browser files can be cleared, blocked or expired by the person's own device or software. We credit what we can see at the time an order is placed, and we cannot credit a referral we have no record of.
5. When a reward becomes yours to use
A reward is recorded when the order is paid, and then held for a period before it becomes available. That period, and the exact date each individual reward becomes available, are shown in your account.
The hold exists so that an order which is refunded or returned can be unwound before anything is paid out or spent. A reward that is still within its hold is not yet yours and may be reduced or removed if the order changes.
6. Refunds, cancellations and returns
If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned in full, the reward for it is removed. If it is partly refunded, the reward is reduced in proportion, and you keep the reward on the part the customer kept.
If this happens after a reward has already been paid to you or spent as credit, the difference is deducted from your next reward instead. We will not ask you to return money that has already been sent, and we will not reverse an order you have already been paid for except by that deduction. Your balance can show as negative until later rewards cover it.
7. What a reward can become
Depending on what Brickell Labs offers at the time, an available reward may be spent as credit against your own orders, or paid to you, or both. The options open to you are shown in your account, and you can change your choice there.
Payments are made only where a payment option is offered, only above any minimum balance we set, and only after you have given us the details we need to send it. Minimums and payment schedules are shown in your account. Credit spent on an order is not refundable as money.
8. Your own orders do not earn
You cannot earn a reward on your own purchases. Orders placed using your own email address through your own link or code are automatically identified and earn nothing. The order itself is unaffected and any discount still applies.
The same applies to arrangements designed to have the same effect, including ordering through another account you control.
9. How you may and may not promote
You must be honest. Do not describe yourself as Brickell Labs or as speaking for us, do not imply we endorse claims we have not made, and do not make claims about our products beyond what appears on our own site. Our products are supplied for laboratory research use only, and anything you say about them must be consistent with that.
Where the law or a platform requires you to disclose that you may earn something from a link, you must do so clearly. This is your responsibility, not ours.
You may not bid on our brand name in paid search, impersonate our site or emails, use automated traffic, place your link where the visitor has not chosen to click it, or promote through unsolicited email or messaging. You may not use our name, logo or images in a way that suggests you are us.
You may post a discount code publicly, including on coupon sites, unless we tell you otherwise for a specific code.
10. What you can see, and what you cannot
Your account shows the orders credited to you, what each earned, and when it becomes available. It shows the products ordered so you can recognise your own referrals.
It does not show, and we will not give you, the name, email address, postal address, telephone number or account details of any customer. You may not attempt to identify a customer from the information we do show you.
11. Rates, and changes to them
Your current reward rate is shown in your account. We may change it, and we may set a different rate for an individual participant or for a period of time.
A change applies only to orders placed after it is made. Rewards already recorded keep the rate they were earned at, and we do not recalculate past rewards when a rate changes.
12. Suspension, and ending your participation
You may stop taking part at any time by asking us to close your rewards account. Any balance already available to you will be honoured on the terms above.
We may suspend or close a rewards account where we believe these terms have been broken, where activity suggests fraud or manipulation, or where we are required to. Where we do, we may withhold rewards connected to the activity in question. We will tell you the reason unless we are prevented from doing so.
We may also end the program itself. If we do, we will give notice, and rewards already available to you at that point will be honoured.
13. Tax
You are responsible for any tax you owe on rewards you receive. Where we are required to collect tax information before paying you, or to report what we have paid, we will do so, and we may hold a payment until we have what we need.
Nothing here is tax advice. If you are unsure how a reward affects you, speak to someone qualified.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing in the program after a change means you accept it. If a change materially reduces what you have already earned, it will not be applied to those rewards.
15. Contact
Questions about the program, a specific order, or your balance can be sent through the contact form on our site. Please include the order number shown in your account rather than a customer's details.
