1. Who is responsible for your data

This Site is operated by JHundred LLC, 15324 SW 117th St, Miami, FL 33196. JHundred LLC is the party responsible for personal information collected through this Site and is who you should contact about it.

Requests about your personal information can be made through the contact form on this Site. We do not publish a support email address, because a published address is harvested and the inbox behind it becomes a target.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details when you create an account, place an order, or contact support. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and device information automatically.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to process orders, communicate with you, improve the Site, personalize your experience, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some US state privacy laws treat the use of advertising cookies as “sharing” or “selling” personal information; what those tools receive, and how to opt out, is described in Cookies & Tracking below. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist with payment processing, shipping, and analytics, subject to confidentiality obligations.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We set a small number of cookies the store needs in order to work: one that remembers what is in your cart, one that keeps you signed in, one that records whether you asked us to keep you signed in for 30 days, one for partners signed in to the rewards portal, and one that records a referral link you arrived through so the referring partner is credited. These come from us, are not used for advertising, and cannot be turned off without breaking your cart and sign-in.

We also use Google Tag Manager to load measurement and advertising tools chosen by us and our marketing partners, which currently may include Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) advertising tools. These tools set their own cookies and may receive the pages you view here, your device and browser type, the approximate location worked out from your IP address, and an identifier that lets them recognise the same browser on later visits. They may use this to measure how the Site performs and to show you advertising elsewhere.

We deliberately do not load these tools on pages whose web address contains a private link — your order page and the password-reset page — so the link that opens your order is never handed to them. We do not send them your name, shipping address, or payment details. If we switch on purchase measurement, an order's total, currency and reference may be shared, along with a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address used only to match a purchase to an advertising click; it cannot be turned back into your email address.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the store's own cookies are needed for the cart and sign-in to work. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and you can adjust ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
